Korra Partner Network
Your work shouldn’t stop earning when the deal closes.
Korra Partner Network connects licensed inspectors, contractors, lenders, attorneys, and real estate professionals to a growing ecosystem of vetted multifamily operators β and to the Exchange, where verified diligence you produce earns revenue every time a future buyer accesses it.

Most referral networks send you leads and disappear. Korra is different. Partners who contribute verified intelligence to the Exchange build a catalogue of reusable work β earning passive revenue on every future access while getting consistent deal flow from operators who arrive prepared.
Two reasons to be a Korra Partner

Exchange Revenue
Your reports earn beyond the transaction. When you contribute verified inspection reports, scopes, or field assessments to the Exchange, future buyers can purchase that intelligence. You earn a royalty on every access β automatically, with no additional effort. The better your work, the more it gets used.

Circle Deal Flow
Operators who show up ready. Circle members arrive with clean deal packets, Korra Scores, and underwriting already done. You’re not educating them on basics β you’re executing alongside professionals who’ve already done the prep work.
Six types of partners. One standard.
We work with licensed, experienced professionals who understand the urgency and complexity of 5β100 unit multifamily transactions. If you’re dependable, fast-moving, and serious about the mid-market β we want you in the network.

Inspectors & Engineers
The foundation of the Exchange. Your physical condition assessments, PCAs, and walkthrough reports become permanent property intelligence β discoverable by future buyers and reusable across transactions. Contribute once, earn on every subsequent access.

Contractors & GCs
Renovation scopes, CapEx budgets, and repair estimates are among the most valuable and hardest-to-find artifacts in any acquisition. Circle sponsors arrive with Ketra CapEx plans in hand β you’re executing against a brief, not starting from scratch.

Lenders
Community banks, credit unions, and mortgage brokers who specialize in financing 5β100 unit assets. Circle sponsors arrive with DSCR analysis, comps, and deal packets already structured. Your job is to close, not to educate.

Attorneys
Real estate lawyers skilled in acquisitions, landlord-tenant compliance, and eviction workflows. Circle deals move fast. We need partners who do too.

Brokers with Off-Market Inventory
Trusted agents who can source, qualify, and move mid-market listings. If you’re working the Southside Chicago or Boston corridors and have off-market flow, we want to talk.

Title, Appraisal & Due Diligence Vendors

How the Partner Network Delivers in the Field
Even in our pilot markets, Korra Partners are already closing deals, landing repeat work, and helping sponsors solve critical problems with speed and confidence.
“The operators were prepared, the deal packets were clean, and the underwriting was airtight. Weβve closed three loans through the Circle already β and each one was smoother than the last.”
VP of Multifamily Lending, Midwest Community Bank
“Most investors I meet have no real plan β but with Ketra, I get detailed scopes and budgets up front. Iβve now completed five unit turns for Circle sponsors and already have two more in the pipeline.”
Licensed General Contractor, South Side Chicago
“A Circle sponsor had a nonpaying tenant holding up their refi. Through Kubo, we got the notice drafted, served, and filed within two days. That speed doesnβt happen without structure.”

Frequently Asked Questions
The Korra Partner Network is designed for speed, clarity, and trust β but we know you may still have questions. Here are the most common things professionals ask before they join.
Is there a cost to join?
No β itβs completely free to join.
No. Partner Network membership is free. Exchange contributors go through an additional credentialing step but there’s no fee to participate in revenue sharing.
How does Exchange revenue sharing work?
When you contribute a verified report or field assessment to the Exchange and a future buyer accesses it, you earn a royalty on that transaction. Revenue share terms are confirmed during the onboarding process.
How do I get matched with Circle sponsors?
Matches are based on your coverage area, specialization, and availability. When a Circle member has an active deal in your zone, you’re contacted directly with deal context already included.
What markets are currently active?
Chicago Southside and Boston are the primary launch markets. We’re expanding β if you’re in an adjacent market, apply and we’ll flag you for the expansion pipeline.
What kind of sponsors will I be working with?
Circle members are vetted before they’re active. They understand underwriting, have capital lined up or in motion, and arrive with Korra intelligence already done. You’re not onboarding them to real estate β you’re executing alongside them.
